Patitucci on bass, Frank Gambale on guitar, Dave Weckl on drums, and Eddie
Marienthal on sax. The two and a half hour concert was part of the tour for the
most recent Elektric Band album To the Stars, and the first part of the concert
is made up of a number of tracks from that album. After the interlude, the band
comes back to offer a selection of classic tracks.

This DVD features an engaging performance by The Elektric Band at Maintenance Shop, Iowa State University, circa 1987. Corea travels between the jazz and fusion worlds with great ease, since he became part of Miles Davis' renowned electric group from 1968-'70. Since the late '70s, Corea has alternated in the electric and acoustic realms with his Elektric and Akoustic Bands, and has won eight Grammys out of 25 nominations.
Return to Forever - Live At Montreux 2008
The band was at the forefront of jazz/rock fusion in the 70's, formed by Chick Corea. Return To Forever hit their peak with a string of albums in the mid-70's with Corea on keyboards, Stanley Clarke on bass, Al DiMeola on guitar and Lenny White on drums. In 2008 this classic line-up reunited for their first tour in 25 years and proved that the chemistry was as strong as ever. This concert was filmed at Montreux in July 2008 with the bonus tracks being filmed in Clearwater, Florida later the same month.
